    Baked Macaroni and Cheese with High-Fiber Pasta

    Macaroni and cheese is the epitome of comfort food but it is a bit of a dietary indulgence.  What if you could have pasta with added fiber and reduced calories without sacrificing taste or texture?  Come try our Baked Macaroni and Cheese made with high-fiber pasta formulated with new FYBRIN® RS.  FYBRIN® RS is a resistant starch which not only provides added fiber but reduces calorie content when compared to traditional flours.  A three-cheese sauce containing PURE-GEL® modified starch and MALTRIN® maltodextrin complements this fiber-rich pasta.  PURE-GEL® helps create a heat-stable viscosity, hydrates at relatively low temperatures and enhances cling while the MALTRIN® maltodextrin contributes to the body and mouthfeel of the sauce.
